Overlook Golf Course
We want to thank you for a great 2009 season at Overlook Golf Course and tell you about an exciting program. Last year more than 300 members joined the Overlook Golf Course Awards Club. Over $7,800.00 was awarded to its members in green fees and carts. We would love you to sign up this year and earn free golf at Lancaster's favorite golf course. As a member of the Awards Club, each time you visit Overlook, 10% of your total golf bill will be credited to your account. Credits will accumulate until you spend them. In other words, the more you play, the more you earn! Do you have a regular foursome? Tell them to sign up too and start earning credit towards free golf this year. The great benefits of the Awards Club Program don’t stop there. In addition to earning free golf, we will enroll you in the Birthday Club rewarding you with a special gift on your birthday, special Awards Club Members only golf events for 2009 will be offered, and early signups for tee times will be offered for select golf events. These are just several ways in which Overlook Golf Course is rewarding our loyal Awards Club Members. To become an Award’s Club Member, stop in the golf shop and complete a membership application or click here to join online. Your Awards Club Membership will be activated when a minimal $5.00 membership fee is paid at the golf shop. Fact: In 2009, 10 Awards Club Members each earned over $100 in free golf! News From The Course
We have removed numerous trees on hole #8 and have built a new tee box for this hole. The new tee no doubt adds some needed length to the hole. Future plans at Overlook include a new tee for hole #10 and the reshaping of selected sand traps. Along with some help from Mother Nature, we have removed more than a dozen trees throughout the course making Overlook a friendlier golf course for all abilities. The driving range at Overlook has upgrades all token machines on both sides of the driving range. Four new machines were purchased to ensure customer satisfaction and keep token machine error to a minimum. To maintain our pride and tradition of Lancaster’s favorite golf course we will continue upgrades and offer first class programs.
